The Right to information
According to RTI act, Information means any material in any form including records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any electronic form and information relating to any private body which can be accessed by a public authority under any other law for the time being in force but does not include "file notings" [S.2(f)].
With right to information coming to the fore and strengthening the democracy, we are ready for that. We offer complete access to the information we have which includes:
Lists of affiliated and non affiliated co-operative fisheries society. Lists of trained fishermen. By-Laws and registration certificate of COFFED and affiliated societies. Data of Janshree bima holder fishermen. List of employees/board of directors and other staffs which include bima mitra. List of jalkar fish and makhana. Long term settlement holder fishermen. All/ordinance/circulars/court orders related to co-operative & fisheries. A list of students benefiting from COFFED GURUKOOL.
